Whereas, through ingenious loopholes, cunning
deception, merciless violence and unlawfully transforming Living Souls to dead
entities in an imaginary environment and inferior jurisdiction, the God given,
inherent and unalienable Rights of the Living Souls on Sovereign Soil have been
ignored, stolen and violated.
Therefore,
Under the Authority and Grace of God, who Authored
the organic Original Jurisdiction and Original Law Form to ALL Living Souls
sojourning upon Sovereign Soil:
I, Thomas David House of Deegan, do by these
Presents, absolutely, intentionally, knowingly and willingly Assert, Attest, Affirm,
Declare, Proclaim and Publish, with full responsibility and liability. that I
am: a flesh and blood Living Soul, in the Image of my Holy Father; created by live
birth upon Sovereign Soil; sojourning with Christ upon Sovereign Soil at ALL
times and ALL places; always proceeding in Peace; able to speak directly to my
Holy Father without earthly interference; ALL of the aforementioned, ab initio,
nunc pro tunc, without recourse.
I, Thomas David House of Deegan, do hereby Assert,
Attest, Affirm, Declare, Proclaim and Publish that I absolutely, intentionally,
knowingly and willingly Acknowledge, Accept, Claim and Continue, with full
responsibility and liability, the organic Trust duly enabled and authorized by the
original Author, the almighty Creator of all, ab initio, nunc pro tunc, in
perpetuity, without recourse; and further do absolutely, intentionally,
knowingly and willingly Acknowledge, Accept, Claim and Continue, with full
responsibility and liability, the Beneficiary status under the organic Trust
for My exclusive benefit and enjoyment, ab initio, nunc pro tunc, in
perpetuity, without recourse; and furthermore do absolutely, intentionally,
knowingly and willingly Acknowledge, Accept and Claim, with full responsibility
and liability, the position of Executor, thereby duly managing the aforementioned
organic Trust for My exclusive benefit and enjoyment, ab initio, nunc pro tunc,
in perpetuity, without recourse.
I, Thomas David House of Deegan, do hereby Assert,
Attest, Affirm, Declare, Proclaim and Publish that I absolutely, intentionally,
knowingly and willingly Acknowledge, Accept, Claim, Continue, Exercise and
Reserve, with full responsibility and liability, ALL God given, inherent and
unalienable Rights, Privileges, Freedoms, Immunities, and Properties for My
exclusive benefit and enjoyment, ab initio, nunc pro tunc, in perpetuity,
without recourse,
I, Thomas David House of Deegan, do hereby absolutely,
intelligently, knowingly and willingly Assert, Attest, Affirm, Declare,
Proclaim and Publish, with full responsibility and liability, that I am Equal
with ALL other flesh and blood Living Souls, and therefore Superior to ALL
fictions of law; and further do absolutely, intelligently, knowingly and
willingly Assert, Attest, Affirm, Declare, Proclaim and Publish, with full
responsibility and liability, that I hereby Rescind, Annul, Void, Repeal and
Cancel ANY/ALL allegiance/agreements/contracts/et cetera, for cause, to/with
any earthly Living Soul(s) and/or fictional entities, ab initio, nunc pro tunc,
in perpetuity, without recourse.

absolutely, intelligently, knowingly and willingly Assert, attest, Affirm,
Declare, Proclaim and Publish, with full responsibility and liability, that I
immediately and unconditionally RENOUNCE/EXPATRIATE my alleged citizenship in/under
any Earthly persons and fictional entities including, but not limited to, the
United States of America, UNITED STATES, VATICAN, STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA, De Jure United States of America and UNITED NATIONS, any and
all letter variations, et cetera, ab initio, nunc pro tunc, in perpetuity,
without recourse.
I, Thomas David House of Deegan, do hereby
absolutely, intelligently, knowingly and willingly Assert, Attest, Affirm,
Declare, Proclaim and Publish, with full responsibility and liability, that I
immediately and unconditionally REPATRIATE to God’s Original Jurisdiction and Original
Law Form, solely comprising of the Golden Negative Law, Cause no harm to others
or their property, thereby sojourning above any/all Jurisdiction(s) and Law
Form(s) on Earth, ab initio, nunc pro tunc, in perpetuity, without recourse.
I, Thomas David House of Deegan, do hereby
absolutely, intelligently, knowingly and willingly Assert, Attest, Affirm,
Declare, Proclaim and Publish, with full responsibility and liability, that
EXTREME PREJUDICE shall be utilized in order to effectuate and maintain this
Notice and Declaration, and provisions thereof, and the defense and
preservation of My personal safety, freedoms, privileges, immunities, rights
and property(ies) at All times and All places, inclusive of any location on or
in Earth, ab initio, nunc pro tunc, in perpetutity, without recourse.
ALL
aforementioned persons, and their agents, are hereby ORDERED to:
CEASE AND DESIST PERMANENTLY FROM CONTACTING ME
DIRECTLY AND INDIRECTLY BY ANY MEANS OF COMMUNICATION; CEASE AND DESIST
PERMANENTLY FROM ALL ACTS AND INACTIONS THAT ARE CONSIDERED BY A REASONABLE
LIVING SOUL HARASSMENT UNDER ANY LAW AND JURISDICTION AGAINST MYSELF, MY
FRIENDS, MY FAMILY, MY AGENTS AND MY PRIVATE LAND AND PROPERTY;
