ALL of the aforementioned Public and Private Records are hereby restated in their entirety, and incorporated herein, as if set forth in full.

Dear alleged corporate principals and private persons [foreign agents],

Whereas, by the thirtieth day of May, in the year of our Lord Jesus Christ two thousand fourteen, any and all necessary alleged corporate principals have been Lawfully Noticed of the Only and Proper Jurisdiction, Law Form, Capacity and Venue to which I adhere and recognize knowingly, intelligently and willingly, under full liability and transparency;

Whereas, proper and plentiful Notice has been duly executed, delivered, and Publicly published, under full liability and transparency, to any and all alleged corporate principals;

Whereas, any and all alleged corporate principals have refused, by their own action(s) and inaction(s), for well over thirty months to rebut any and all Public and Private Records;

Whereas, I have repeatedly Declared and Noticed the alleged corporate principals of their unlawful action(s) and inaction(s), capacity(ies), venue(s), law form(s) and jurisdiction(s), including but not limited to, theft of numerous properties, terroristic threats, aided and abetted  kidnapping of My children, breaking and entering, forced medication, armed kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment, extortion and unlawfully aiding and abetting self proclaimed foreign agents commit the aforementioned.

Whereas, I have, and shall continue to, sojourn in, on and/or above Earth at all times in peace with My Holy Father;

Whereas, alleged corporate principals have clouded My Good Name and Reputation by continued Public dissemination of falsities and half-truths in a conspiracy with GREY TELEVISION INC. and all derivatives thereof, all to my detriment and equitable injury;

Whereas, Childrens’ Capacities, Jurisdiction, Law Form and Venue follow and adhere to their Father’s, until rejected in writing under Their Hand and Seal after the age of Majority;

Therefore, I, Thomas David House of Deegan, do by these Presents, make a Public and Private Declaration and Order for a Perpetual Diplomat Identification, Embassador of Heaven, in order to allow any and all alleged agents conspiring with the alleged corporate principals [foreign agents] to identify and interact with Myself in My Proper and Lawful Capacity, Jurisdiction, Law form and Venue, absent unnecessary violence, so as to ensure the continued financial and physical security of Myself, yourselves and all agents thereof; This shall be executed, absolutely and unconditionally, within fourteen calendar days, inclusive of the day of receipt;

 I, Thomas David House of Deegan, do by these Presents, make a Public and Private Declaration and Order for a Perpetual Certificate of Exemption, including but not limited to, a Public and Private Dissolution of all legal, illegal and unlawful warrants, writs, orders, judgments, et cetera, issued, including but not limited to, alleged family courts, as well as an Executive Order to your respective alleged agents regarding their complete and total lack of authority, jurisdiction, capacity and venue over Myself and My Children at all times and at all places in, on or above Earth, under your Hand and alleged corporate seals, signed, sealed and delivered to all alleged corporate agents under your respective alleged jurisdiction, alleged venue, and alleged law form, as well as three Perpetual Certificates of Exemption in wet ink to Myself; Further, this shall be entered into ALL databases maintained within your alleged corporate system; This shall be executed, absolutely and unconditionally, within fourteen calendar days, inclusive of the day of receipt; This shall dissolve your financial and/or criminal liability to only that point in time; Failure to absolutely abide by this Declaration and Order will require all remedies to be utilized, including but not limited to invoices, liens, seizure and/or criminal indictments, in an amount determined and invoiced in a manner as previously Noticed for all previous infractions; Upon receipt of Perpetual Diplomat Identification and Perpetual Certificate of Exemption, I, Thomas David House of Deegan, shall issue a Declaration of Indemnity to protect you and your alleged agents from all liability for any personal actions I may, or may not, take while in possession of the Perpetual Diplomat Identification and Perpetual Certificate of Exemption; This Perpetual Certificate of Exemption shall contain a clause binding any and all assigns, successors and agents, in perpetuity, to this Perpetual Certificate of Exemption as well;

Further, I, Thomas David House of Deegan, shall, upon Public and Private admission and Public and Private dissemination of their mistakes and/or criminal actions, issue a Declaration of Blanket Release to all alleged corporate principals and their respective alleged agents from all criminal liability and financial liability, to that moment in time, for their respective criminal and treasonous actions heretofore knowingly and willingly sanctioned, executed and accomplished;

Furthermore, I, Thomas David House of Deegan do by these Presents, Notice and Declare the Law Form. Jurisdiction, Venue, Capacities, Freedoms, Privileges, Immunities, Rights and Properties of My children, in all aspects the same, with full force, affect and effect, as I have previously Noticed and Declared for Myself.

Upon the refusal, or inability, to issue the aforementioned documentation, this Law Document, under My Hand and Seal, shall be Declared to be Lawful Identification and Lawful Notice to ALL THE UNIVERSE of My Identity, Standing, Capacity, Jurisdiction, Law Form, Venue, Freedoms, Immunities, Privileges, Rights and Properties, as continued silence is absolute agreement, ab initio, nunc pro tunc, in perpetuity.

Extreme Prejudice will be utilized in order to effectuate and maintain the defense and preservation of Thomas David House of Deegan’s Personal Safety, Freedoms, Privileges, Immunities, Rights and Private Property, at ALL Places and ALL Times, in, on or above Earth.[no warning shots]
